Dr. Claus Cornett

Biography

Claus Cornett is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry at the University of Copenhagen. He specializes in Metabonomics and Drug Metabolism, utilizing NMR spectroscopy and other analytical methods for structure elucidation of drug metabolites and small molecules. His research focuses on optimizing and applying chemometric methods for quantitative analytical chemistry. He has extensive experience in teaching various courses including Instrumental Analytical Chemistry and Advanced Analytical Chemistry. Cornett holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and a Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen and has accumulated significant experience through roles such as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor across various departments. He has actively engaged in peer review and editorial work for several scientific journals and is involved in external collaborations.
