Clayton Bangsund is a Professor of Law at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law, where he also serves as the Buckwold/Milani Scholar in Commercial Law. In addition to his academic career, he has practiced extensively in the fields of commercial and corporate law in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
