Biography

Clayton Fragall is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia, where he coordinates the Master of Clinical Pathology and Master of Pathology programs within the School of Biomedical Sciences. His expertise lies in Molecular Pathology, and his contributions include coordinating the Medical Genetics unit, which is part of the undergraduate majors in Genetics, Pathology, and Laboratory Medicine. He serves as the Deputy Head of Discipline for Pathology Laboratory Science and is the Deputy Chair of the Learning and Teaching Committee at his school. Fragall is also active in engaging with industry partners to ensure students in the Master of Clinical Pathology have access to work integrated learning opportunities in various pathology disciplines. He holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology and a BSc Honours in Microbiology, both from the University of Western Australia. His research interests include Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, and Gene Therapy related to muscle diseases.
