Biography

Clifford Calley, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Dell Medical School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and his medical degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Calley completed his pediatric child neurology residencies at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where he also underwent an epilepsy fellowship. His clinical focus is on using multimodal imaging to localize seizure networks and identify patients who may benefit from epilepsy surgery. Throughout his career, he has published on a diverse range of clinical topics, including pediatric depression and Gulf War syndrome, utilizing EEG, functional MRI, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. In addition to his faculty appointment at Dell Medical School, he serves as the medical director of the Dell Children's Magnetoencephalography Laboratory, where he is dedicated to the integration of innovative medical practices to enhance patient care.
