Dr. Clifford Stephan

Biography

Clifford Stephan is a Research Associate Professor and Director of the High Throughput Research Screening Center and the Micro-physiological Lead Optimization Toxicity Screening Center at TMC3-Texas A&M Health. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University and has completed postdoctoral training at Brigham Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. His research focuses on drug discovery and high throughput drug screening, with a strong emphasis on combinatorial drug screening. Dr. Stephan has contributed to several high-impact publications in the field, exploring various cancer therapies and their mechanisms of action. He is active in both academic and applied research settings, striving to advance the development of effective cancer treatments. His expertise encompasses a range of methodologies aimed at enhancing the efficacy of drug responses in cancer therapy. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous researchers to investigate metabolic pathways and treatment combinations that could improve patient outcomes.
