Biography

Colin Dalton is an Associate Professor at the University of Calgary's Schulich School of Engineering and serves as the Associate Head for Graduate Studies. He is also an Associate Member of the Hotchkiss Brain Institute and an approved supervisor in the Biomedical Engineering Graduate Program. His research primarily focuses on microfluidics, electrokinetics, and micro/nano fabrication technologies applied to biomedical engineering problems. Dalton has received multiple awards including the Outstanding Research Impact Award from the Schulich School of Engineering and has been recognized for his excellence in mentorship.
