Biography

Colin Munro is an Emeritus Professor at Edinburgh Law School, having relinquished full-time employment in 2009 after serving from 1990. His expertise lies in constitutional and administrative law, human rights, media law, aspects of criminal justice, and legal philosophy. Throughout his career, he held various academic positions at universities including Birmingham, Durham, Essex, and Manchester from 1985 to 1990.
