Dr. Collis Tahzib

Biography

Collis Tahzib is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Southern California. He specializes in political philosophy and moral philosophy, with a strong academic background obtained from Oxford University, where he earned his Ph.D. in 2019, an M.A. in 2017, and a B.A. in 2015. His research interest primarily focuses on the philosophical aspects of political thought and ethical frameworks. As a faculty member at USC Dornsife, he contributes to advancing the understanding of philosophical theories and their applications in contemporary society. His work engages with critical questions in ethics and governance, providing insights that aim to shape public discourse around moral responsibilities and political accountability.
