Biography

Craig Terrill’s expertise lies in growth strategy, innovation, marketing, new products, and technology. He has 14 years of experience as an Adjunct Professor teaching courses at the Chicago Booth and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Terrill has served as Faculty Advisor for the Kilts Marketing Labs Program and Faculty Director for the Polsky Small Business Growth Program. He has held C-level executive positions including CEO, President, COO, and CMO at various medium-sized organizations, leading numerous new product innovation initiatives. As a senior partner-level management strategy consultant, he has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, starting and running small businesses and holding board seats. Terrill co-founded and served as President of the venture-backed startup DigitalWork, Inc., overseeing company operations, marketing strategies, and product development, and leading the company through an IPO process. He has also been a part of leadership teams in various startups and has held executive roles in large non-profit organizations and private equity firms. Terrill has published numerous articles and a book titled 'Market Leadership Strategies for Service Companies'. He was appointed to a three-year term on the Business Advisory Council at Miami University in Ohio and is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year Award National Finalist.
