Biography

Craig Wagner serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Paradigm Talent Agency, where he has been since 2005. Under his oversight, Paradigm represents around 2,000 clients across the motion picture, television, theater, and branding industries, negotiating numerous agreements on behalf of screenwriters, directors, and producers. He played a significant role in high-profile projects including 'Masked Singer', 'Stranger Things', and 'NCIS'. His responsibilities also include managing corporate legal matters and formulating employment policies. Before joining Paradigm, Craig held the position of Senior Vice President at Paramount Pictures, where he managed above-the-line talent agreements for numerous television productions. He is currently a Lecturer in Law at UCLA School of Law, teaching representation of talent in the entertainment industry, and has previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School. An active member of the entertainment law community, he co-chairs the Advisory Committee for the UCLA Entertainment Symposium and is part of the Advisory Board for the School of Cinema and Television Arts at California State University, Fullerton. Craig earned his undergraduate degree in English from UCLA and his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he was Note & Comment Editor for the NYU Law Review.
