Dr. Curtis Taylor

Biography

Curtis R. Taylor is a Professor of Economics at Duke University, a position he has held since 2000. He specializes in various aspects of economic theory, with a focus on project management challenges and the economics of trust and fraud. His work has been published in prominent journals including Econometrica and the American Economic Journal. Taylor's recent research explores the welfare consequences of job references and the dynamics of reputation in economic transactions. He has also received multiple grants from the National Science Foundation for his research initiatives. Taylor completed his Ph.D. at Yale University in 1992 and holds a B.A. from the University of Washington, earned in 1986.
