Biography

Cynthia McCloud joined the University of Southern California in 2014 and has a 40-year career in the food industry. She has led teams in the U.S. and international markets including France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, India, Singapore, and Australia. An executive coach, she has held leadership roles in multinational companies as well as start-ups, focusing on organizational leadership development. Cynthia is the Director of Food Industry Programs and an Adjunct Professor in the Management and Organization department at USC Marshall. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree from USC, completed her MBA at the University of California, Irvine, and earned her Doctorate from USC's Rossier School of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership.
