Biography

Cyrus Peñarroyo is an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan’s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. Peñarroyo also serves as an editorial advisor for DISC, an experimental publication exploring media and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Architecture from Princeton University, with previous visiting appointments at institutions such as Columbia University and Syracuse University. Additionally, he has worked with firms like Bureau Spectacular and LTL Architects before co-founding the Ann Arbor-based design practice EXTENTS.
