Biography

Dr. Dallas Duncan completed his master's degree in clinical epidemiology at the University of British Columbia before relocating to Toronto to complete his residency in Anesthesiology. He underwent additional training through a clinical fellowship in Cardiovascular Anesthesia and Critical Care. Dr. Duncan has published several high-impact systematic reviews and has focused on optimizing perioperative care for patients with cardiovascular disease, identifying and evaluating interventions to reduce perioperative cardiovascular complications. His current research program aims to optimize the treatment of intraoperative hypotension through the use of advanced hemodynamic monitors.
