Biography

Daniel Ansari received his PhD from University College London in 2003. Currently, he holds the position of Professor and Canada Research Chair in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He leads the Numerical Cognition Laboratory, where his team investigates the developmental trajectory underlying both typical and atypical development of numerical and mathematical skills. This research employs behavioral and neuroimaging methods to enrich understanding in the field.
