Biography

Daniel Baerlecken is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair in the School of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as the director of the Bachelor of Science in Architecture program. He is the founding principal of the BFR lab, which focuses on architecture, design, and research. His research incorporates pattern morphologies, material systems, and digital design, exploring how to create locally responsive constructions.
