Biography

Daniel Beauregard is a College Teaching Fellow in the Yusuf Hamied Department of Chemistry at the University of Cambridge. He received his BA and MSc (Hons) degrees from the University of Auckland in New Zealand before completing his PhD at the University of Cambridge. His research is focused on magnetic resonance imaging and reacting chemical systems, with particular emphasis on wastewater treatment and energy storage. In addition to his research, he serves as a Teaching Fellow at St Catharine's College and is the Director of Studies for chemistry undergraduates at Selwyn College. He is involved in various teaching capacities, including supervising IA Chemistry and IB Chemistry, as well as teaching labs for Part II (Inorganic) courses. He is part of the Grey Research Interest Group.
