Biography

Daniel Del Gobbo is an Assistant Professor at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, specializing in Law, Gender & Sexual Justice. Previously, he was a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill University and has held a position as a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School's Center for Gender and Sexuality Law. Daniel has also collaborated with several organizations, including the Women’s Legal Education Action Fund and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, addressing issues such as civil litigation, sexual violence, and LGBTQ2S+ equality. His media commentary has appeared in various outlets including the Globe and Mail and CBC Radio. Daniel teaches courses in Civil Procedure, Dispute Resolution, and Law and Sexuality at Windsor Law.
