Biography

Daniel Hadas joined King's College London in 2010 and has made significant contributions to the fields of Medieval Latin and Classics. He completed his BA in 2004 and his MA in Classics in 2006 at King's College London, before earning his PhD in Classics in 2015. He is proficient in English and French, and teaches courses in classical Greek, medieval Latin, and textual criticism, while also supervising MA and PhD theses. Hadas's research primarily focuses on the study of late antique and medieval history, languages, philosophy, religion, literature, and music in both Western and Eastern Europe. He is currently working on an edition of unpublished Latin sermons attributed to the 12th-century monk and bishop Baudri of Bougueil. He has published several academic works, including articles and edited volumes, which reflect his scholarly expertise in these areas.
