Biography

Daniel Johansson has worked in the field of climate-energy-economic analysis and integrated assessment modelling for 20 years and has written 50 peer-reviewed articles and research papers. His research covers topics such as climate stabilization scenarios, emission metrics, statistical estimation of climate sensitivity, fuel markets, negative CO2 emissions, food versus fuel, climate impacts of aviation, and the role of autonomous vehicles in future transport systems. In the autumn of 2015 to spring 2016, he took a temporary leave from research to work as a regulatory expert at Volvo Cars.
