Since joining the University of Chicago Medicine in 2007, his focus has been on developing and improving community-based pediatric general specialty services for underserved communities. He has authored over 100 publications on a variety of topics related to pediatric infectious diseases and has enjoyed teaching medical students and residents throughout his career.
