Biography

Dr. Daniel Lu graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He completed his medical training with a Master of Health Sciences at Yale School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He specializes in Advanced Heart Failure Transplant Cardiology, with a special interest in cardiogenic shock and mechanical circulatory support. Dr. Lu works with patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including advanced heart failure consult services, cardiac critical care units, and cardiogenic shock response teams, with the aim to provide high quality, timely, multidisciplinary care to patients.
