Biography

Daniel McDermott is a Lecturer at the Penn Carey Law School, specializing in strategic communications related to shareholder activism, corporate governance, ESG, and mergers and acquisitions. McDermott holds a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, along with a Sustainable Accounting Standards Boards (SASB) Certification in Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting.
