Biography

Dr. Daniel Taussky is a radiation oncologist at the Department of Radiation Oncology of CHUM. He is an associate clinical professor at the Department of Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine at the Université de Montréal and a member of the interdisciplinary uro-oncology team at CHUM. He completed his medical studies at the University of Basel, Switzerland, in 1994. He undertook his residency in radiation oncology at the University Hospital of Zurich, Switzerland, and pursued his postdoctoral studies at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. In 2004, he became responsible for establishing the low-dose brachytherapy section for prostate cancer at the Department of Radiation Oncology and overseeing the urological domain of radiation oncology at CHUM.
