Biography

Daniel Vermeer is an Associate Professor of Practice at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he leads the Center for Energy, Development, and Global Environment (EDGE). His work focuses on addressing the intersection of global environmental issues and business strategy through education and collaboration. His recent research is concentrated on climate strategy and ocean innovation. Vermeer co-leads ClimateCAP, a national initiative aimed at integrating climate change into business school curricula.
