Daniela Hochreiter completed medical school at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, and finished her Pediatric residency at Brenner Children's Hospital/Wake Forest University Medical Center in North Carolina in 2014. She subsequently followed with a Chief Residency year at Herman Walter Samuelson Children’s Hospital Sinai in Baltimore. In 2015, she became a Pediatric Hospitalist at Yale School of Medicine, where she serves as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Hospitalist Program at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London. Dr. Hochreiter cares for newborns and young adult patients in an inpatient setting and is a member of the YNHCH quality improvement steering committee. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine.
