Biography

Daniela del Rosario Wertheimer is the Stanton Fellow at the Cornell Amendment Clinic. She is a member of the D.C. Bar and has experience in research related to the Fourth Amendment, government transparency, civil liberties, and civil rights. Before joining Cornell, Daniela served as the Jack Nelson-Dow Jones Fellow at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, where her role focused on federal and state open records, open meetings issues, litigation, advocacy, and amicus efforts. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College, awarded in 2017, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Berkeley School of Law, conferred in 2023.
