Biography

Daniella Badu is an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management Group at Warwick Business School. She began her teaching career as a Visiting Lecturer at Birmingham City University in 2013, where she taught courses on Enhancing Business Management Skills and Business Operations Systems Management. While pursuing her PhD at Warwick Business School, Daniella facilitated seminars in various subjects, including Operations Management, Project Management, Foundations of Corporate Performance, Global Environment of Business, and Supply Chain Management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She supported Module Leaders and led seminars in Product Life Cycle Management and Storage and Warehouse Techniques, eventually becoming the Lead Educator for the Supply Chain Management Fundamentals Module from 2019 to 2021 at Warwick Manufacturing Group. Her PhD research focused on performance measurement systems that enable and constrain organizational ambidexterity. Daniella has actively engaged with the academic community, presenting her work at conferences such as the Academy of Management and the EurOMA Conference, where she has won a paper award.
