Biography

Danielle Menitove is a Lecturer at Columbia Law School and an independent arbitrator and mediator with particular expertise in complex sports disputes. She serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, which is a leading international arbitral forum for sports-related legal issues. Additionally, she is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s commercial, consumer, and national sports panels. With over ten years of experience as a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Danielle focused primarily on antitrust and sports-related matters. She also served as a law clerk for United States District Judge Sarah S. Vance in the Eastern District of Louisiana. Danielle received her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where she served as an editor for the Tulane Law Review.
