Biography

Darren Green is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Practice at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He specializes in venture capital, early-stage financing, and contracts. In addition to his academic role, Professor Green advises a wide range of start-up clients in corporate, technology, and venture capital transactional matters. At Northwestern, he teaches courses in venture capital, entrepreneurial finance, advanced contracts, and innovation client representation at the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center clinic.
