Biography

Darren Hood is a fixed-term faculty member at the MSU Broad College of Business with a rich background in experience design, embodying a blend of user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and learning experience (LX) design. An accomplished author, he wrote the book '97 Things UX Practitioners Should Know' and hosts the 'World UX' podcast, which is distributed on popular platforms, reflecting his commitment to advancing the field of user experience design.
