Biography

Das Narayandas is the Edsel Bryant Ford Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors for AllianceBernstein and is a member of the Board of Governors at IIM Bangalore. His recent book "Future Executive Development" co-authored with Mihnea Moldoveanu, received the Silver Medal at the Axiom Business Book Awards in 2023.
