I am a behavioural ecologist interested in animal behaviour and plant-pollinator interactions, utilizing both laboratory and field techniques alongside computer modeling. My current research focuses on complex floral displays and the effects of different display components on foraging pollinators. I am also investigating floral spatial fragrance patterns and the impact of multimodal signaling, particularly in rainy conditions, on plant-pollinator interactions. In addition to my research activities, I am engaged in pedagogical research, working on projects related to alternative assessments and the implementation of multiple choice questions, as well as efforts to decolonize the field of biology.
