Professor Dr. David Chenoweth

Biography

David M. Chenoweth is a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on modern organic synthesis, aiming to design and prepare molecular structures that address significant challenges in fields such as medicine and energy. His work involves the modulation of nucleic acid and protein structure and function, as well as the development of new materials with unique optical and electronic properties, defined by the arrangement of atoms and their interactions in various states.
