David Conrad completed his medical training at Dalhousie University and joined the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine in 2015. He serves as Division Head of Hematopathology at the IWK Health Centre and Section Head of Molecular Hematopathology at the Nova Scotia Health Authority's Central Zone Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory. He is also Chair of the Hematological Pathology Examination Committee at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
