Biography

David Carter Dinielli is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is also a Senior Policy Fellow at Yale's Tobin Center for Economic Policy, where his work focuses on developing antitrust competition frameworks aimed at addressing economic and societal harms arising from concentrated power in digital markets. Dinielli has previously served as a Senior Advisor with the Responsible Technology group at the Omidyar Network and has spent seven years as the Deputy Legal Director at the Southern Poverty Law Center, where he oversaw the Center’s litigation efforts related to anti-hate and extremism, as well as work concerning LGBTQ rights.
