Biography

David Flatla is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at the University of Guelph, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). His research is focused on augmenting human perception to assist individuals with sensory impairments. Flatla's expertise includes online color differentiation modeling, studying how users differentiate colors on screens affected by glare or poor lighting conditions.
