Biography

David Haglund is a Professor at Queen's University in the Department of Political Studies. He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in 1978 and has held various teaching and research positions at the University of British Columbia before joining Queen's in 1983. Haglund has also served as the Director of the Queen’s Centre for International Relations and the Head of the Department of Political Studies.
