David Jernigan has worked in the field of alcohol policy for over 35 years, contributing to local, state, national, and global levels. Jernigan actively translates research findings into policy practice and often testifies at city, state, and national levels regarding alcohol advertising to youth, alcohol availability, and taxation. He also provides training for advocates worldwide to build safer and healthier communities.
