Biography

My research centered on measuring motor cognitive abilities in a lab setting. My PhD specifically focused on understanding affordances for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, enabling cooperation through theory of mind and motor paradigms. During my post-doctoral work, I served as a consultant for the Kitchener Rangers (OHL; semi-professional hockey team) on concussion protocols. I also gained clinical experience working at R.KIN Myoworx Physiotherapy Clinic in Guelph, Ontario, which allowed me to understand concussion management and treatment. Currently, my research focuses on using mobile measures of motor control and learning as they apply to community groups, particularly in relation to concussions.
