Biography

David George Richardson is an Adjunct Professor at NYU School of Law and a partner at Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLP, specializing in venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance transactions. He advises non-U.S. companies and investment funds on tax issues related to domestic and cross-border fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. With over two decades of experience in both law and accounting, David has worked with major global law firms and Big 4 accounting firms.
