Biography

David Weiss is an Adjunct Professor at Cornell Law School and a member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., where he specializes in Corporate Services and Health Care Life Sciences practices in the firm’s New York and Newark offices. He co-leads the firm’s Business Services team, representing both public and privately-held companies across various sectors within the health care industry. His expertise extends to for-profit and tax-exempt health care providers, health care service companies, and businesses in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Additionally, he has experience in representing private equity firms, computer software services, accounting, law, consulting, manufacturing, energy, and numerous other industries. Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Weiss was a member of a large regional law firm and also held the position of Partner in the New York office of an international law firm. He served as general counsel for City Harvest, Inc., a non-profit food rescue organization based in New York.
