Biography

David Di Zhang joined the Department of Management and Marketing at Edwards School of Business as an Associate Professor in January 2007. His teaching and research interests include marketing strategy, international marketing, and entrepreneurship. He has published articles in journals such as the Journal of Strategic Marketing and the International Journal of Knowledge Management. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Zhang has industry experience in both the public and private sectors, participating in rural entrepreneurship projects sponsored by the Manitoba Department of Agriculture. He received a $35,000 grant from the Alliance Food Bioproduct Innovation to study marketing strategies for agri-businesses and is a member of the International Centre for Northern Governance and Development.
