Deanna Matthews is a Teaching Professor and the Associate Department Head for Undergraduate Affairs in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Matthews holds a BS from Duke University and both an MS and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
