Biography

Dr. Debbie Kelly is a Professor and Special Advisor for Practice Innovation at the School of Pharmacy, Memorial University of Newfoundland. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Kelly has developed significant expertise in clinical pharmacotherapy, particularly within the provincial HIV program.
