Biography

Deborah Gross is a Professor at Johns Hopkins University, holding the Leonard Helen R. Stulman Endowed Professorship in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. She has received numerous accolades, including the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellowship and the American Academy of Nursing Edge Runner award for her outstanding contributions to nursing research. Dr. Gross has published extensively on topics related to parenting, children's mental health, and designing equitable, community-based interventions aimed at leveraging family strengths and resilience. Her work emphasizes creating scalable interventions to address the needs of families with young children, and she serves on editorial boards for notable journals related to nursing and health.
