Biography

Delong Li is an adjunct professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at the University of Guelph. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in 2018, a Master of Finance from Peking University in 2012, and dual Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Tsinghua University in 2010. His research interests encompass corporate finance, corporate bonds, international finance, and financial markets. He has worked as a visiting economist with the International Monetary Fund and the Bank of Finland. Delong's work has been supported by the SSHRC Insight Grant in 2019 aimed at studying financial market disclosure. In addition to his teaching duties, Delong Li is actively engaged in research in the fields of Economics and Finance.
