Dengpeng Huang joined the Elastomer Technology Engineering (ETE) chair at the University of Twente on March 1st, 2023. He received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Shandong University (2012) and Jilin University (2015), respectively. His research focuses on Computational Mechanics and Applied Dynamics, with particular interests in Machine Learning based Material Modeling, Flexible Multibody System Dynamics, and Dielectric Elastomers for Soft Robotics. He is currently involved in teaching and research at the university, contributing to the fields of material science and engineering.
