Biography

Denis Agelebe is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa's Centre for Law, Technology and Society. He is a legal scholar specializing in the intersections of green energy, digital innovation, and regulatory governance. His research project, titled "Digitalizing Energy Transition: Balancing Exclusivity, Inclusivity, and Sustainability", analyzes the adoption of green energy practices and the restructuring of energy markets, particularly within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
