Biography

Denis Saint-Martin is a professor at the Department of Political Science at the Université de Montréal and has served as the director of the Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration and the Centre for Excellence in European Studies at the universities of Montreal and McGill. He completed his doctoral and post-doctoral studies at Carleton University and the Minda de Gunzberg Center for European Studies at Harvard University.
